Hudson Ferris is a team that shares a set of core values and works cohesively to enable our clients to change the world for the better.

Our culture can be summed up in four words: We find a way. We find a way to help every client through each challenge they face, and we find a way to build a better business. This means that every Hudson Ferris team member shares a commitment to the following:

Persistence

We are persistent in our work and constant in our effort. When an obstacle arises, we rapidly innovate a path around, through or over that obstacle. We think creatively and take pride in engineering new ideas. We are driven by a desire to solve problems rather than simply point them out. When we face challenges, both internally and externally, we rise to meet them head on. We are persistent, because we believe that our clients deserve nothing less for their money. Futhermore, the people they help depend on our steadfast efforts to secure funding necessary for them to thrive.

Tenacity

We don’t give up. We don’t quit. We don’t surrender to circumstance. While persistence is a shared attitude, tenacity can only come from within. Each team member needs to find within themselves the innate knowledge that they can, and will, persevere through adversity. The unwavering fact is that adversity, no matter how great, is a temporary situation. When you emerge from adversity, you are strengthened by the experience, and the team is thereby strengthened.

Curiosity

We never stop learning. Each and every client represents an opportunity to broaden our base of knowledge, not only about our work but about the world itself. We relish the prospect of understanding something new and of gaining that understanding from experts in the field. We never feel that we know everything there is to know about a subject, and we approach learning from a place of humility. Everyone on our team is driven by an intellectual appetite, and when we gain knowledge, we share it. We recognize that every team member can add to our knowledge base, and we encourage everyone on the team to come forth with new ideas and approaches to their work.

Solidarity

To be part of a team is to know that you can count on every teammate and that every teammate is counting on you. We stand by each other to achieve excellence in the quality of our work and the level of service we provide to our clients. We owe each other our best effort each and every day. We respect our differences, because we are united in our shared goal to excel. We recognize our own strengths and weaknesses, as well as those we see in one another. We seek to elevate our team’s performance by being honest about our mistakes and learning from them. We never make another team member’s job harder by not doing our work to the best of our ability. We ask for help when need it and offer it when we are asked. We seek to fill gaps, lift each other up and operate seamlessly, not as separate parts, but as a greater whole system designed to empower to enable our clients to succeed.
