Create a Board development strategy Identify prospective Board Members
We would work with the Board by:
- Advising each Board Member on how to select priority prospects from their networks
- Building custom Board Member Action Plans that are updated on a regular basis
- Designing cultivation events that fit their group of prospects, when applicable (see “Events” section for pricing)
- Drafting correspondence as needed for each Board Member
- Maintaining communication with each Board Member to keep processes in motion
