For more than 16 years, Edward Leibman has raised millions of dollars for non-profit organizations including the Public Theater, New York Botanical Garden, National Institute For Reproductive Health, Bellevue Hospital Center, Playwrights Horizons, Theater Communications Group, and The Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation.

Throughout his career, Ed has excelled in unlocking hidden potential in the donor bases of the organizations he has served. A creative thinker, his entrepreneurial approach to fundraising often breaks the mold of convention. Ed specializes in major gifts, board development, corporate sponsorship, and campaign strategy.


Jennifer Leibman is a Founding Partner of Hudson Ferris. Jennifer oversees all compliance, accounting, client relations and business development. Prior to founding Hudson Ferris, Jennifer served in two consecutive mayoral administration where she specialized in intergovernmental community relations, press, legislative affairs, and public-private partnerships. Jennifer subsequently pursued a commercial real estate career and worked as a Senior Associate with Vicus Partners. Jennifer is a graduate of New York Universtiy ‘s -Tisch School of the Arts.


For more than 5 years, Hannah Lowery has been making an impact for nonprofits, both local and abroad, by applying her strategic development approach to produce lasting results for growing organizations. Hannah has served in leadership development roles for multiple nonprofits, including HOW Global, El Salvador’s Foundation Cristosal and Brooklyn-based Children of the City.


Andie Terzano recently graduated from The University of Wisconsin- Madison. Andie recently moved back to New York to pursue her passion for non-profit development. She has experience in corporate sponsorships and specializes in grant writing.




Xaira Ferrara is a major gifts fundraising and management professional with charitable board advisory experience in New York, London and Puerto Rico. Over the past thirteen years she has worked with a diverse group of non-profit organizations in the areas of at-risk youth, cancer support, reproductive health and women’s leadership helping them surpass their fundraising goals by working strategically with their governing boards. She received Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Florida International Relations.
